
Sharon Hsieh is currently enrolled in the Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Toronto. Throughout her academic journey, she has explored a diverse array of fields including software engineering, databases, UX/UI, artificial intelligence, parallel programming, and statistics. This broad exposure has equipped Sharon with a versatile skill set, which she is eager to hone and leverage in contributing to initiatives and solutions at Bodhi Research Group. Coming from Vancouver, BC, Sharon entered the University of Toronto as a UofT Scholar's Award recipient and has consistently been on the Dean's List each year since. At the University of Toronto, Sharon has made significant contributions by leading academic support groups and collaborating on coding projects with multiple large-scale teams, fostering a collaborative and enriching learning environment for peers. Beyond her academic pursuits, Sharon enjoys exploring various forms of arts and literature. Having practiced both traditional and digital art throughout her life, she has a keen interest in applying her design skills to enhance the UI and visual components of her projects at Bodhi Research Group. Sharon also has over a decade of experience in horseback riding, having been a regular volunteer at her local equestrian centre in Vancouver, and continues to engage with the equestrian community today.
